Obituary of Paul J. Mahoney

Paul Joseph Mahoney, age 66, passed away suddenly after a brief illness on August 6, 2026.

He was born in Bridgeport, CT on March 9, 1960. He is predeceased by his father Robert James Mahoney and his mother Eleanor Smith Mahoney.

He is survived by his son Devin Mahoney of Natick, MA and his daughter Kyle Mahoney of Easton, CT. He is also survived by his sister Mary Ellen Pelley of Yarmouth Port, MA; his brother William Mahoney of Dennis, MA; his brother J. Michael Mahoney of Woodbury, CT; and his sister Barbara McKeon of Yarmouth Port, MA.

Friends and family will remember him for his sunny disposition and the warmth he brought into their lives.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet the family on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 from 4 – 7 p.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
