Obituary of Richard P. Novak

Richard P. Novak, age 59, of Trumbull, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 30, 2026. Born in Bridgeport on October 26, 1966, he was the son of Harry and Sally (Musone) Novak of Trumbull. 

Richie was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also liked crafting belts out of leather and making wood carvings. He was a loving son, brother and cousin and will be missed by all who knew him.

In addition to his parents, he leaves a sister, Paula Novak and many cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Salvatore and Anna Musone.

Friends may greet the family on Thursday, June 4, 2026 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Rd., Trumbull with a prayer service at 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow in St. Michael Cemetery, Stratford.
