Obituary of Lisa Frances Seno

Lisa Frances Fava Seno, age 58, of Derby, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 30, 2026 at Griffin Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Bridgeport on January 29, 1968, she was the daughter of Carol (Fava) Bixby and Frederick Bixby.

Lisa was a devoted mother, always willing to lend a hand when needed and a loving grandmother who cherished every chance she got to spend time with her 12 grandchildren. She enjoyed the simple things in life, shopping and baking for family, but one of her greatest joys came from all the long and often conversations she had with her mother.

In addition to her mother and father, survivors include her seven children, Vincent Seno Jr., Shannon Ghanem (Karim), Kristina Muniz, Matthew Seno, Gabriella Seno, Taylor Seno and Brian Prutting Jr., 12 cherished grandchildren, her longtime partner, Brian Prutting Sr., her aunt and Godmother, Joanne Russo and her uncle and Godfather, Thomas Fava and Great Aunt, Grace Mobilio as well as her loving canine companion, Lucy.

All are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial that will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. directly in St. Mary Church, 25 Sherman Ave., Bridgeport.
