Obituary of Mary Swatt

Resident of Trumbull Mary Molner Swatt, age 96, of Trumbull, a retired employee of Remington Arms, died on Thursday, December 7, 2006 at Bridgeport Hospital with her family by her side. Born in Seymour on September 8, 1910, she was the daughter of the late James and Bertha Uhelsky Molner. She was a member of St. Theresa Senior Citizen Club and the Remington Arms Pensioners Club as well as a former member of the Slovak Catholic Sokol and the Trumbull Womens Democratic Club. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Joseph F. Swatt and a son, Joseph Swatt. Survivors include, a daughter, Irene Simalchik and her husband, Joseph of Trumbull, five grandchildren, Carol Bajoros and her husband, Robert, Diane Simalchik, Karen Crawford and her husband, Michael, Laura Swatt and Joseph Swatt, four great grandchildren, Robert and Jessica Bajoros and Tyler and Alex Crawford as well as several nieces and nephews. Funeral Information Funeral services will take place on Monday, December 11, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. in the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull, and at 10:00 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in St. John Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m.
