U. S. Army Veteran of World War II Carmine J. Chiurazzi, age 88, of Bridgeport, a retired Long Shoreman, died Monday, July 19, 2004 in St. Vincent Medical Center. Born in Bronx, New York, he was a son of the late Vincent and Silveria Aversano Chiurazzi. A U. S. Army veteran of World War II, he was the husband of the late Florence Grassia Chiurazzi. Survivors include three sisters, Lucy Vitiello and Filomena Cozzolino, both of Bronx, New York and Rose MacDonald of Lakewood, New Jersey, as well as many nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by two brothers, Silverio and Joseph Chiurazzi and a sister, Ida Tribuzio. Funeral Information Friends can greet the family on Friday, July 23, 2004 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at the Abriola Parkview Funeral Home, 419 White Plains Road, Trumbull. A funeral procession will travel to St. Michael Garden Mausoluem, Stratford for an entombment service at 2:00 p.m.
